Confidence and Public Speaking Workshop

An interactive workshop for anyone looking to boost their confidence, and learn the art of public speaking. The ability to speak is public is considered a sign of confidence, so even if you are not particularly interested in public speaking this element of the workshop is ideal as a confidence booster.
lack of confidence can influence the quality and happiness of our lives. This workshop will introduce you to some of the techniques you need to boost your confidence.
At the end of the workshop you will:
– Know how to portray a positive and confident self-image
– Have knowledge of confidence building techniques
– Understand how to organise and prepare to speak in public
– Have practice of delivering a presentation /speech
Boost your confidence and learn the tools for public speaking in a friendly, supportive environment.
You can come to the workshop with a topic for a presentation in mind. It doesn’t have to be work related; it can be based on your interests.
Due to time constraints, please bear in mind that your ‘example’ presentation should last no more than five minutes when you are putting together your ideas.
