Rejection hurts, but it is something we all deal with on a regular basis. It doesn’t matter if it is your boss or your girlfriend or a family member – when someone you admire or love or need, turns away, it hurts.

Why do we get rejected? If we take all of the pain and emotion out of the picture, rejection happens when there is not a good match between you and someone else. It doesn’t necessarily mean that either one of you needs to change, it just means there is not a good match.
